Casino War (Rules)
Casino War is very much like the War we?ve all played as children. Still today
children play the beloved game. Its familiarity and extremely simplistic concept
is what makes Casino War by far the easiest casino game there is.
The game is Played with 1 to 8 decks. Casino War is a fast paced, exciting game
with high odds. After each game, the decks each containing 52 cards must be
shuffled. You can make three different types of bets: Raise, Tie, or Ante.
The dealer and the player both are dealt a single card, high card wins
(Aces are always high). Your goal is to bet on the highest ranked cards,
or on a tie. In the event of a tie you can either War or Surrender. If
you War than you must increase your wager and play an extra hand. The dealer
discards 3 cards before any cards are dealt. In the event that the second card
the player receives is higher or equal to the dealers than the player will win
even money on the raise only. In the event the dealers card is higher than the
players, the entire Ante will be lost. However if player Surrenders, only half
of the Ante will be lost.
Since the probability of winning is 50% the casinos edge is held by forcing the
player to War. War means you must double the original wager for a chance to win
only half the bet. For example: If your total bet is $40.00 you?ll win $20.00. However
if you lose, the entire $40.00 will be taken. A Surrender automatically forfeits half
of your original wager to the house. At some casinos in the event of a tie the player
will win even money on the original bet.
